The Sammy Tracker was cloned from an app I quickly stood-up to follow the health journey of my first, beloved greyhound Penny, after she was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2018.

Sammy, also a beloved greyhound, is dealing with her own health struggles awaiting a possibly scary diagnosis. True to the original mission of this app, since Sammy doesn’t tell me much, I looked for a way to track how she felt day-to-day, and gauge her response to all the treatments she’d undergone and medication she’d taken.

It’s helped me to see trends that can back up something up I’ve observed or help me calm down because it’s just where she’s at and I’m just over-reacting.
